How can I book?

The booking process starts with booking an assessment consultation session (25 minutes), followed by the initial full session (50 minutes), and then the regular sessions.

What is the cost of a session?

The initial assessment consultation costs $50. The initial full session, as well as all subsequent sessions, cost $90.

What are the payment methods?

Payment is made online via credit cards, PayPal, or Stripe upon booking. Currently, we do not offer any other payment methods.

Are therapy sessions for women only?

No, therapy sessions are for everyone.

Are sessions conducted in-person or online?

All sessions are currently conducted online only. In case of availability for in-person sessions, we communicate available slots to existing clients (in Cairo only), as they are not available all the time.

Can the session be audio and/or chat only?

No, it cannot. It is important for me to see you to be able to assist you, and it is not possible to provide any of my services via chat in any way.

How can I book a package of ten sessions?

After the initial full session, my team will assist you in booking your next session. You can then book the package of ten sessions. Feel free to inquire about the benefits of the package.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Cancellation and refund are allowed up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. After that, refunds are not possible, and transfer fees are deducted from the refunded amount. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting my team via WhatsApp, email, or any agreed-upon communication method.

How can I prepare my personal space or room for the therapy session?

I always advise my clients to do the following for an impactful and effective experience:

  • Attend the session from a private and quiet place.
  • Notify others of the importance of the session's time to avoid interruptions.
  • Sit on a chair or couch; the important thing is that your back is supported, and your feet are touching the ground.
  • You can use a pillow or footrest if you are short.
  • Prepare the room to be a pleasant space for the session.

Regarding devices and connection:

  • If using a laptop, place it on a table, not on your lap.
  • If using a mobile phone, prop it up or use a tripod.
  • If using an iPad, it is preferable to use it in a vertical position for better visibility.
  • Ensure that the device is charged and connected to the internet.
  • I recommend using the Zoom app instead of accessing through the browser for easier and faster connection.

Can I communicate in English instead of Arabic during sessions?

Certainly, you absolutely can communicate in English during our sessions. We aim to accommodate your language preference to ensure effective communication and understanding throughout the therapeutic process. Please feel free to express yourself comfortably in the language you’re most fluent in.

Are there discounted or lower-cost sessions?

There are a limited number of sessions available at a reduced cost for those who need them. You can book them from here. (Unfortunately, all discounted slots are currently booked. When new slots become available, my team will activate the link in this answer.)

I've registered for the waiting list; when will I receive a response?

The waiting list is long. When appointments become available, they will appear for you to book a consultation session to start your sessions. If you see that there are no available appointments currently, we will contact you as soon as new slots are available. In general, you can refill the form again to check if appointments are available or not.
